Vodafone Fiji U20 Extended Squad for Oceania Rugby U20s Trophy
The Fiji Rugby Union after conducting trials in Lautoka and Suva have today released the names of the Vodafone Fiji U20 Extended Squad that will prepare for the 2017 Oceania Rugby U20s Trophy.
The 2017 Oceania Rugby U20s Trophy will be contested by Fiji and Tonga on Tuesday, 28 November and Saturday 2 December and will be hosted by the Fiji Rugby Union at Churchill Park in Lautoka.
The trophy will be played over a two match competition and at the conclusion of the two fixtures, the team with the highest number of competition points will be declared the 2017 Oceania Rugby U20s Championship winner and will qualify to participate at the 2018 Oceania Rugby U20s Championship and 2018 World Rugby U20s Trophy
All players selected in the Vodafone Fiji U20 Extended Squad are required to report to camp at the Bergengren on Tuesday, 7 November at 9.30am, with the necessary training gear and either their passport or original birth certificate.
A mini bus will pick up the Western Based players from Jacks in Nadi at 5am and the Total Service Station in Sigatoka at 6am on Tuesday, 7 November.
