Leone Nakarawa debuted for Fiji against Tonga at Nuku’alofa on 13 June 2009, since then he’s been a regular starter for the Flying Fijians. He signed for Glasgow Warriors in August 2013 and was named Man of the Match for Glasgow in the 2015 Pro12 Grand Final in Belfast. Nakarawa was selected in the Flying Fijian squad to the 2011 and 2015 Rugby World Cup and was named in the 2015 World Cup Dream Team at the end of the tournament.
He was also part of the Fiji 7s team to the 2016 Rio Olympics which won Fijis first ever gold medal. At the end of the 2015-16 campaign he joined Racing Metro and was named the Europe’s player of the year. Nakarawa has appeared on 55 games for the Flying Fijians and in two RWC, this year will be he’s third World Cup.
