Fiji Rugby seals three-year deal with CCAF

Fiji Rugby are pleased to announce the continued partnership with Coca-Cola Amatil Fiji Limited (CCAF) as the exclusive sponsor in the National Alcoholic to Drink (NRTD) beverages category.

FRU Chief Executive, John O’Connor said “It’s another exciting year of rugby and we are thrilled to have Coca-Cola’s continued and loyal support for another three years.”

As a key partner with Fiji Rugby, CCAF will supply the world’s favorite beverages, including isotonic sports drink Powerade, to the Fiji Airways Flying Fijians and Fiji Airways Fijiana 15s and Fiji Airways Fijian plus Fijiana 7s teams.

O’Connor said “This partnership caters to high performance and allows us to support the national programmes and provincial competitions during finals time.”

The beverages will also be supplied during Flying Fijians test matches, Swire Shipping Fijian Warriors as part of the World Rugby Pacific Challenge, the Fiji Airways Fijian Drua in respect of the National Rugby Competition, the Fijian Latui as part of the Global Rapid Rugby Competition, as well as key local tournaments such as the Skipper Cup and the Vanua Championship.

Coca Cola Amatil General Manager Roger Hare said “We know just how passionate all Fijians, both in Fiji and around the world, love the Fiji style of Rugby whether it be in 7’s or 15’s. We share that passion and look forward to help support our teams to attain higher performance levels as we gear up for the Olympics and beyond.
