Big win for Fijiana Drua

The Rooster Chicken Fijiana Drua continued its unbeaten run, thumping Melbourne Rebels 39-12 in round two of the Super W Championship.
The return of star winger Vitalina Naikore was evident from the first whistle as the speedster scored the opening try doubled with another in the 10th minute as Fijiana Drua took an early 10-nil lead.
Rooster Chicken Fijiana Drua continued to mount pressure on the visitors with Sulita Waisega gaining territory allowing Ani Mei to score their third try.
The Drua maintained possession throughout the first half taking control of the game and not giving the Rebels much room to move.

The crowd support supplied the much-needed boost for the Drua as Arei ran riot toward the scoreline for her double at the start of the second spell.
Drua hooker Litia Marama swerved past the Rebels’ defense to score her first try of the season before the Rebels added in two late consultation tries
Coach Inoke Male was pleased with the performance and believes there were many improvements compared to the season opener last weekend.
Male said “We will still need to go back and improve. We have a lot to take away from this match and polish before the next game.”
The Rooster Chicken Fijiana Drua travels to Australia next week and faces Waratahs
