Fiji Gas and Fijiana Drua announce 3 Year Sponsorship

Fiji Gas, Fiji’s largest and most trusted LPG brand, and Fiji Rugby are excited to announce a new 3-year sponsorship that will support the Fijiana Drua and ultimately the development of womens rugby in Fiji.

The three-year deal will see the Fiji Gas logo on the Fijiana Drua playing shorts next season until 2025. Fiji Rugby Chief Executive John O’Connor thanked and acknowledged Fiji Gas for coming on board to sponsor the Champions of Super W competition.

O’Connor said “We at Rugby House are extremely grateful to the team at Fiji Gas for their belief in women’s rugby and trusting Fiji Rugby through their sponsorship.”

He added “As an organization, we are working hard to raise the standard of professionalism across all areas of the business. Our on-field offering aims to be first class and with the help of Fiji Gas we will surely raise to another level.”

Fiji Gas Chief Executive Officer Hans Reiher said, “we are happy to be able to support the Fijiana Druas which ultimately supports the development and pathway of womens rugby in Fiji.”

He adds that “This sponsorship is in line with Fiji Gas’s internal Compass in actively participating and promoting health through sport with a key focus on women and children”
